Q: When can I cancel my policy?
A: You can cancel your policy at any time, however after the first 30 days a portion of you total premium and fees is non-refundable
Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
A: No, there aren’t any specific cancellation fees, however, a portion of your total premium and fees is non-refundable. If your monthly payments haven’t covered the non-refundable portion yet, there will be an amount owing that needs to be paid in order to cancel.
Q: It says we have to make a claim within 30 days but the parts for my vehicle won’t be in for 6 months. Will I still qualify?
A: Notify us within 30 days and we will note on your file that you have done so, then once you have paid your deductible, make a claim!

A: No, the vehicle may not be used for any Uber or similar ride sharing operations.
